We came to her only a few weeks out from our wedding with no idea where to start in creating a first dance! (i.e. in a mad panic!!!!) She was so accommodating in arranging classes and as soon as she received the song we wanted to use, got to choreographing right away! Amanda was kind, patient, personable and fun. She made the whole process of learning our wedding first dance calm, easy and actually enjoyable! We were almost complete beginners and really didn’t want to end up doing the classic awkward high school sway — but still wanted something that felt natural and true to us. Amanda absolutely nailed that balance. The choreography flowed beautifully and ended up being way more impressive than we ever expected. She was so patient and encouraging throughout the whole process, and made learning really enjoyable. She also worked closely with us on song choice, which was really important to us. On the day, we were a little nervous (especially navigating a very large dress!), but after a quick practice during cocktail hour we felt confident and everything came together perfectly. Our guests were so impressed and surprised — we even had mothers crying. Amanda was also incredibly flexible — we were able to add an extra lesson at short notice, which made a huge difference. Overall, communication was easy and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish.
